Punjab Minister for Information Azma Bokhari shared a video on social media platform X showcasing the renovated appearance of Lahore’s historic Ichhra Bazaar. In her statement, she expressed pride in Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif's practical performance and commitment to enhancing public welfare. Bokhari the people of Punjab take great pride in Maryam Nawaz for transforming the province within a short period.
Expressing admiration for the newly renovated Ichhra Bazaar, Bokhari remarked, "MashaAllah! The new look of Ichhra Bazaar makes me want to visit it myself." She highlighted that beautification and development projects were progressing rapidly not only in Lahore but across all cities of Punjab under the special directives of the Chief Minister.
Referring to projects in Lahore's Anarkali Bazaar, Faisalabad’s Ghanta Ghar Bazaar, and Rawalpindi's Raja Bazaar, Bokhari said these historic commercial centers had been transformed into visually appealing markets equipped with modern facilities matching international standards. The provincial minister emphasized that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz envisioned making every city in Punjab as beautiful, modern, and well-facilitated as Lahore.
Bokhari the ongoing projects were not only restoring the aesthetic appeal of urban centers but also contributing to the promotion of commercial activities across the province.
