Brigadier General Omar Al-Talhi recently inspected the unified security operations center in Makkah Region as authorities intensified emergency and humanitarian services for pilgrims during the upcoming Hajj season. According to SPA (Saudi Press Agency), the center continues to receive emergency calls through the unified emergency number 911 and coordinates rapid assistance with security and service agencies.

During his visit, Al-Talhi highlighted the importance of ensuring pilgrims' safety and security by handling reports accurately and professionally and swiftly referring cases to relevant authorities. He also emphasized the need for strong coordination and integration among participating security and service entities operating within the center during the Hajj season.

The report indicates that the unified security operations center in Makkah Region handled more than one million calls during the Hajj 1446 AH season, underscoring the scale of services provided to pilgrims and visitors. This level of coordination underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to providing comprehensive support for the millions of pilgrims who travel to perform the Hajj.
