US President Donald Trump posts dozens of conspiracy theories and crude memes on social media amid health concerns, including attacks on opponents and false claims about the 2020 election.

US President Donald Trump engaged in an extraordinary social media spree late into the night, posting over 50 times within a three-hour period. Almost all of his posts were re-sharing videos and screenshots from supporters' accounts along with AI-created memes. The outburst came amid growing public scrutiny of the 79-year-old Republican's health.

Two of Trump’s posts labeled former Democratic president Barack Obama as a "traitor" and a "DEMONIC FORCE." Other posts called for Obama and other critics to be arrested. Multiple posts also urged prosecution, tagging Todd Blanche, a former Trump criminal defense lawyer who has been appointed acting US attorney general and is reportedly working on accelerating prosecutions of Trump critics.

Trump's posts frequently reiterated his false claim that the 2020 election was stolen from him, including fabricated assertions about voting machine manufacturers switching ballots. One post stated, "The CIA knew what these machines were capable of and brushed it under the rug to control election outcomes."

Additionally, Trump shared two original posts signed “President DJT.” One cryptically mentioned that the US would be "going to talk" with Cuba, while another defended his costly renovation project of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. This 400-word post was over 20 times longer than typical social media content.

In a recent Washington Post/ABC News/Ipsos poll, 59% of respondents believed Trump lacked mental capacity to lead the country, and 55% thought he was not physically fit. Despite these concerns, Trump insisted he felt as good as ever at age 79.

The White House announced that President Trump would undergo a medical and dental examination on May 26 at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, near Washington. This will be his third such visit since returning to the White House in January 2021.
