Captain Najmul Hossain Shanto remained unbeaten on 58, while Mushfiqur Rahim was not out on 16, extending their team's lead to 179 runs over Pakistan.
Earlier, Mominul Haque scored 56, Shadman Islam made 10, and Mahmudul Hasan Joy contributed 5 runs before getting out, as Bangladesh built on their first-innings total.
For Pakistan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hassan Ali, and Mohammad Abbas picked up one wicket each, but their team still trails by 179 runs going into the final day.
