A blood donation camp and ceremony held at MIRPUR hospital marks the first anniversary of 'Marka-e-Haq' with tributes to Pakistan Army.

A blood donation camp and commemorative ceremony was organized at the Divisional Headquarters Teaching Hospital in MIRPUR on May 13, marking the first anniversary of 'Marka-e-Haq'. The event honored the sacrifices made by the Pakistan Army during Operation 'Banyan Marsus' and paid tribute to their service. Dr Ijaz Ahmed, Medical Superintendent of the hospital, chaired the ceremony alongside senior officials including Khurram Iqbal, Principal of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Medical College.

The doctors, nurses, paramedics, faculty members, and other staff from the hospital attended in large numbers. The speakers at the event praised the Pakistan Army for their dedication to defending the country, maintaining peace, and combating militancy. They also emphasized the importance of national unity, stability, and support for the armed forces.

During the ceremony, a commemorative cake was cut while attendees chanted slogans supporting Pakistan and its military.
