Emerging all-rounder Saira Jabeen and captain Fatima Sana powered Pakistan to a massive 223/4 total against Zimbabwe in the third T20I of their home series.

Pakistan's emerging all-rounder Saira Jabeen and captain Fatima Sana played pivotal roles as they led Pakistan to a mammoth total of 223/4 in their 20 overs against Zimbabwe in the third Test Match International (T20I) at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi on May 15, 2026. The Green Shirts got off to a flamboyant start with their new opening pair, Muneeba Ali and Ayesha Zafar, who scored 58 runs during the batting powerplay.

However, Zimbabwe's Lindokuhle Mabhero broke the partnership on the first delivery of the seventh over by dismissing Muneeba. The left-arm spinner took advantage of a dropped catch to send Muneeba back to the pavilion with her score at 22 off just 17 deliveries, including three fours. Ayesha Zafar followed suit in her next over, being dismissed lbw for 45 runs off only 28 balls, which included nine fours.

Pakistan's batting suffered another setback when all-rounder Natalia Pervaiz fell to Beloved Biza, reducing their score to 93/3 in 10.2 overs. Iram Javed (29) then joined forces with Saira, who helped stabilize the innings by putting together a 49-run partnership for the fourth wicket before falling to Michelle Mavunga in the 17th over.

Saira then teamed up with Fatima Sana at the crease and their fifth-wicket stand proved crucial as they added 71 runs. Fatima, who dominated the sensational partnership, scored a swashbuckling 62 off just 19 deliveries, hitting ten fours and two sixes. Her partner, Saira, made an unbeaten 50 not out from 32 balls with eight fours.

Lindokuhle Mabhero was the standout bowler for Zimbabwe, taking two wickets for 36 runs in her four overs. Michelle Mavunga and Beloved Biza each claimed one wicket apiece.

The impressive performance by Saira Jabeen and Fatima Sana ensured Pakistan's victory with a commanding total of 223/4 against Zimbabwe in the third T20I of their home series.
