The Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF) and Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) will hold one-day open trials on June 7 to select the national women's netball team.
The Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF), in collaboration with the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), is set to conduct a one-day open trial for the selection of the national women’s netball team. The trials are scheduled to take place on June 7 at the PSB Coaching Centre in Karachi, beginning at 5:00 pm.
“We are excited about this opportunity to bring together aspiring netballers from across the country,” said Malik. The federation is keen on fostering a strong women’s netball community in Pakistan.
The open trial will provide an excellent platform for participants to showcase their skills, compete against peers, and potentially earn a spot in the national team. Interested players are encouraged to register early as spaces may be limited.
This initiative by the PNF and PSB is part of their ongoing efforts to promote women’s sports in Pakistan. The trials not only offer a chance for young athletes but also help in building a robust netball infrastructure within the country.
The upcoming trials mark an important step towards enhancing the visibility and participation of women in netball, contributing to the broader goal of promoting gender equality in sports.
