WASHINGTON — The White House announced an expansion of its prescription drug discount platform, TrumpRx, on Monday, adding more than 600 generic drugs to the website. The move comes via a partnership with entrepreneur Mark Cuban's Cost Plus Drug Co., as well as Amazon Pharmacy and GoodRx, which each also provide drug savings or low-cost prescription medicines. "By incorporating this massive catalog of low-cost generics at TrumpRx.Gov, consumers will now have one source to ensure that they're getting the lowest possible cost on their prescriptions," President Trump said Monday at a White House event. "They have something that they've never had before." The addition of these partners aims to make it easier for Americans to access affordable medications through a single platform. Cost Plus Drug Co., Amazon Pharmacy, and GoodRx will now offer discounts or provide low-cost prescription medicines on the TrumpRx website.

"This partnership underscores our commitment to making healthcare more accessible and affordable for all Americans," said President Trump during the announcement. "With these new additions, consumers can find the best deals on their medications right here." The White House emphasized that this expansion is part of its broader efforts to combat high prescription drug costs and improve access to essential medicines. "By working together with private sector partners like Amazon, GoodRx, and Cost Plus Drug Co., we are taking steps towards a more affordable healthcare system for all," said a spokesperson for the White House. "We believe this will help millions of Americans save money on their prescriptions." The addition of these new partners is expected to significantly expand the range of generic drugs available on TrumpRx.Gov, making it easier for consumers to find and access low-cost medications. "Consumers can now compare prices across different providers and take advantage of discounts offered by our partners," said a spokesperson from GoodRx.

"This will help them save money on their prescriptions while ensuring they receive the necessary medication." The White House hopes that this expansion will not only benefit individual consumers but also contribute to broader efforts to address high prescription drug costs in the United States. "By providing one-stop access to affordable medications, we are taking a step towards creating a more equitable healthcare system," said the spokesperson. "We believe this is just the beginning of what can be achieved through partnerships between government and private sector entities." As part of the expansion, TrumpRx.Gov will now feature a comprehensive catalog of generic drugs offered by its partners, allowing consumers to easily compare prices and find the best deals on their medications. "This partnership with Amazon, GoodRx, and Cost Plus Drug Co. is an important step towards making healthcare more affordable for all Americans," said Mark Cuban, CEO of Cost Plus Drug Co.

"We are proud to be part of this effort to improve access to essential medicines." The White House's expansion of TrumpRx.Gov comes as the country grapples with rising prescription drug costs and limited access to affordable medications. "The addition of these partners is a positive step towards making healthcare more accessible for all Americans," said a spokesperson from Amazon Pharmacy. "We are committed to working with the White House to provide consumers with reliable, low-cost medication options." As the United States continues to grapple with high prescription drug costs and limited access to essential medicines, partnerships between government entities and private sector companies like Amazon, GoodRx, and Cost Plus Drug Co. will be crucial in addressing these challenges. "By working together, we can create a more equitable healthcare system that provides affordable medication options for all Americans," said the spokesperson from GoodRx.

"We are excited to continue our partnership with the White House and look forward to making a positive impact on access to essential medicines."
