Pakistan and US Explore Digital Asset Collaboration

WASHINGTON: Bilal bin Saqib, the Minister of State for Crypto and Blockchain, engaged in discussions with Robert ‘Bo’ Hines, the Executive Director of President Trump’s Council on Digital Assets, at the White House.

During their meeting, both parties explored avenues to deepen collaboration between Pakistan and the United States within the digital assets sector. The dialogue encompassed vital subjects such as Bitcoin, prospective alliances, and potential joint efforts in the evolving global digital economy.

Areas of concentration also featured strategic alignment pertaining to digital assets, integration of Bitcoin, and the trajectory of decentralized infrastructure.

A central theme of the discussion was Pakistan’s recently unveiled strategic Bitcoin reserves, which were examined extensively as a move to reinforce the nation’s standing in the realm of digital finance.
