Ihsanullah Urges Fans to Stop Sharing Posts That Could Jeopardize His Career

KARACHI: Pakistani right-arm fast bowler Ihsanullah addressed social media discussions on Monday after he reportedly threatened to cease playing cricket due to a disagreement with a young friend named Abdullah.

Ihsanullah became the subject of considerable social media attention after he shared a number of unusual videos in which he appeared emotional and on the verge of tears.

This series of strange videos worried many fans until, in an interview, he attributed his emotional state to a personal issue he was having with a friend.

He further stated that he would not participate in cricket until he resolved the issue with his friend.

During the interview, Ihsanullah stated, “I want to make it clear that my return to cricket is contingent upon my friend’s return.”

“My stance is firm, and I present this as a challenge to everyone. I will dedicate myself to cricket once my friend is back. The decision rests with the public.”
His comments sparked criticism among cricket enthusiasts, who voiced their displeasure with his choice through online posts.

In a separate discussion, Ihsanullah addressed the web-based analysis and communicated disillusionment in regards to online media content.

Ihsanullah stated, “The young individual is my pupil, and the bond we share mirrors that of a father and son,”

He continued, “His older brother, who has been a mentor and guide, is also a close friend. He has significantly influenced my journey by pointing me in the right direction.”

He also appealed to cricket supporters to avoid sharing certain online media content that could imperil his livelihood.

“I am noticing unfavorable posts on social media. I offer my apologies and kindly ask that such posts, which could put my career at risk, not be shared.”
