Latest ICC Women’s T20I Rankings Unveiled

The International Cricket Council (ICC) revealed its updated Women’s T20I rankings on Tuesday, showcasing movements for Pakistani players. Fatima Sana and Nida Dar have both seen improvements in their respective standings.

Left-arm spinner Sadia Iqbal has successfully defended her leading position in the bowlers’ list. Fatima Sana has climbed one position to secure 13th place among all-rounders, while Nida Dar has advanced to 33rd in the bowling rankings.

Despite these advancements, there are no Pakistani batters ranked within the top 20. Muneeba Ali holds the 36th position, followed by Nida Dar at 39th in the batting category.

Sadia Iqbal continues to dominate as the top-ranked bowler globally, amassing 746 points and maintaining a significant lead. Nashra Sandhu also remains among the top performers, holding eighth place with 704 points. Fatima Sana has held onto her 38th spot in the bowling rankings.

In the batting rankings, Australia’s Beth Mooney remains the frontrunner with 794 points, closely followed by West Indies’ Hayley Matthews with 774 points. India’s Smriti Mandhana has risen to third place, surpassing Australia’s Tahlia McGrath.

Significant shifts were also observed in the bowling category at the highest levels. Australia’s Annabel Sutherland has overtaken India’s Deepti Sharma for the second position, while England’s Lauren Bell has jumped two places to secure fourth.

Hayley Matthews of the West Indies continues to lead the all-rounder category with 505 points, followed by New Zealand’s Amelia Kerr. Nida Dar is ranked sixth among all-rounders on a global scale.
