ABU DHABI: The Zayed Cricket Stadium will host the third match of the 2025 Asia Cup on Thursday, featuring a contest between Bangladesh and Hong Kong.

In the tournament’s inaugural match, Afghanistan dominated Hong Kong, securing a 94-run victory. Afghanistan set a target of 188-6 while batting first and then limited their opponents to 94-9.

Bangladesh and Hong Kong have clashed once in the T20I format, a match that took place during the 2014 T20 World Cup.

Hong Kong prevailed in that encounter, dismissing Bangladesh for 108 and successfully reached the target, although they lost eight wickets in the process.
