US Acting Ambassador Highlights Growing Partnership with Pakistan

Natalie E Baker, the Acting Ambassador of the United States to Pakistan, acknowledged the strengthening alliance between Islamabad and Washington during her discussion with Minister of State for Finance and Railways, Bilal Azhar Kayani, on Tuesday.

According to reports, their dialogue centered on areas of mutual concern, economic collaboration, and initiatives aimed at further solidifying bilateral relations.

Minister Kayani briefed the U.S. representative on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s strategy for achieving economic stability and sustainable expansion, detailing essential governmental changes to modernize Pakistan Railways and increase its operational effectiveness.

Ambassador Baker lauded Pakistan’s reform plans and voiced confidence regarding the prospects for Pakistan-U.S. cooperation, particularly in the domains of commerce, investment, and progress.

Both parties reaffirmed their dedication to maintaining consistent communication and decided to pursue collaborative efforts to improve cooperation across diverse industries.
