Pakistan U19 Volleyball Team Dominates at World Championship

Pakistan’s Under 19 volleyball team continued their impressive performance at the World Championship in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, securing their fourth straight victory by defeating Puerto Rico with a score of 3-0.

The Pakistani squad showcased their dominance in the match, achieving set scores of 25-20, 25-20, and 25-15. Key players such as Yahya, Irfan, Ajmal, and Saud displayed exceptional skills, leaving their opponents struggling to respond.

In global youth rankings, Pakistan is currently positioned at 19th, while Puerto Rico holds the 13th position.

The team has already secured their spot in the knockout stage and are set to compete against Argentina in their final group stage match on Tuesday.

Prior to this, Pakistan’s under 19 volleyball team maintained a flawless record at the FIVB Volleyball U19 World Championship, achieving a convincing 3-0 win against Turkiye in their Pool A match held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on Saturday.

The Pakistani team delivered another dominant display, securing the match in straight sets with scores of 25-17, 25-19, and 25-19, marking their third consecutive victory in the tournament.

This victory ensured Pakistan’s progression into the round of 16, highlighting their consistent performance without dropping any sets in the competition thus far.
