The Saudi Crown Prince hosted a luncheon in honor of Muslim dignitaries visiting Saudi Arabia for Hajj, with NA Speaker Sadiq and Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori among the attendees.
The Crown Prince affirmed his dedication to resolving the issues confronting the Muslim community worldwide.
During his dialogue with the Crown Prince, Sadiq conveyed that Saudi Arabia has consistently stood by Pakistan in difficult times, expressing appreciation for the kingdom’s leadership’s firm stance on matters concerning Pakistan.
He further noted the high regard the Pakistani populace holds for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
The NA Speaker voiced optimism for the continued strengthening of bilateral relations between the two nations.
Governor Tessori shared in an X post, “I extend my sincere appreciation to the Saudi leadership, particularly the Crown Prince, for the honor of being invited as a royal guest on the sacred pilgrimage of Hajj.”
He lauded the exceptional arrangements made for the pilgrims and the services provided for the Muslim Ummah. Tessori also mentioned extending an invitation to the Saudi Crown Prince to visit Pakistan.
This event occurred two days following the visit of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir to the kingdom.
The Crown Prince personally welcomed PM Shehbaz, who was on a two-day official trip, and escorted him to a royal luncheon hosted in his honor at the Royal Court.
The Prime Minister’s warm reception by the Saudi Crown Prince, along with his participation in the luncheon as a special guest, reflected the enduring fraternal ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, in addition to Islamabad’s successful diplomatic efforts under PM Shehbaz’s leadership.
