Pakistan Tobacco Company Announces New Leadership

Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited announced the appointment of its new chairman, chief executive officer (CEO), and chief financial officer (CFO) on Thursday for a three-year term.

The announcement was conveyed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) through an official notification.

Nasir Mahmood Khan Khosa has been appointed as the new chairman, Syed Ali Akbar as CEO, and Ahad Khan as the new CFO of the company.

Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (PSX: PAKT), established in Pakistan in 1947, operates as a public limited company.

The firm functions as a subsidiary of British American Tobacco (Investments) Limited, UK, with British American Tobacco p.l.c, UK serving as the ultimate parent entity of PAKT.

The company’s primary business involves the manufacturing and distribution of cigarettes and tobacco products.
