Meeting with Punjab Assembly Members

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz met with members of the Punjab Assembly from Gujranwala, Narowal, and Sialkot districts. The discussions centered on national affairs and ongoing public service initiatives in Punjab.

During the meeting, Nawaz Sharif emphasized that Pakistan had been pushed into decline, but the current stability is a welcome change. He pointed to decreasing inflation as a sign of economic improvement and rising stock exchange figures as proof of growing business and investor confidence.

The meeting was also attended by key leaders, including Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Senator Pervaiz Rasheed, Rana Sanaullah, Senior Minister of Punjab Maryam Aurangzeb, and Rashid Nasrullah.

Nawaz Sharif highlighted Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s dedication to development at the federal level and praised Maryam Nawaz for her commitment to Punjab’s welfare, comparing her leadership approach to that of a caring mother and daughter.

He stated that divine support follows those who work with sincerity and dedication for the well-being of the people. Punjab Assembly members acknowledged Maryam Nawaz’s efforts in development projects and commended her leadership.
