Trophy Unveiled for Pakistan vs. Bangladesh T20I Series

The three-match T20I series is scheduled to commence at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka this Sunday.

DHAKA: At a ceremony held in Dhaka on Saturday, the trophy for the upcoming three-match T20I series between Pakistan and Bangladesh was revealed.

Captains Salman Ali Agha of Pakistan and Liton Das of Bangladesh participated in a photoshoot, showcasing the trophy.

The initial T20I is slated for Sunday at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka, with the match kicking off at 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time.

The Pakistan squad for the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh had their first training session at the Shere Bangla National Stadium on Friday.

The 15-member team, which arrived on Wednesday, began training following a rest day on Thursday.

The players engaged in batting, bowling, and fielding practice under the guidance of the coaching staff, headed by Mike Hesson.

The series will see the green shirts facing Bangladesh in three T20Is on July 20, 22, and 24, with all matches held at Dhaka’s Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

This series is a rematch between the two teams, following Pakistan’s 3-0 victory at home in May.

Earlier in the week, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced ticket prices for the series, ranging from Tk 300 to Tk 3,500.

The BCB is implementing a digital-first approach for ticket sales, with tickets available online through the official eTicket platform starting July 15.
