Pak Datacom Limited (PSX: PAKD) has officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a major international broadband satellite services operator, marking a significant step in its strategic expansion. This development follows a successful limited test and trial-based arrangement between the two entities.

The international partner is described as an established, next-generation satellite broadband provider with its headquarters located in the dynamic Asia-Pacific region. This collaboration is directly in line with Pak Datacom’s long-term vision to broaden its digital connectivity presence and strengthen its position in the competitive broadband satellite services market.

Pak Datacom has communicated that any further binding agreements or material developments resulting from this initiative will be promptly disclosed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in strict accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
