Pak Datacom Limited Inks MoU with Global Broadband Satellite Services Provider
Pak Datacom Limited (PDL) revealed on Thursday that it has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a globally recognized broadband satellite services operator.
According to a notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the agreement follows a successful preliminary testing and trial phase with the aforementioned operator.
PDL, while keeping the identity of its international partner confidential, stated that the collaborator is a well-established provider of next-generation satellite broadband services in the Asia-Pacific region.
The notification to the PSX further stated, “This collaboration aligns with PDL’s overarching goal of bolstering digital connectivity within the broadband satellite services sector.”
Pak Datacom Limited (PSX: PAKD), originally established as a private limited company in Pakistan in 1992, transitioned to a public limited company in 1994.
The company’s core business revolves around the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a data communication network, catering to the diverse requirements of its clientele.
