Following the game, Celtics player Jaylen Brown mentioned a finger injury sustained during the contest but minimized its significance.

“I dislocated my index finger, but I have nine others. So, I’m fine,” he stated to reporters.

“There might be a fight break out or something,” Brown added. “Because it’s starting to feel like it’s not even basketball, and the referees are not managing the environment. Therefore, it is what it is. If fighting is desired, we can engage in that. We can contend to ascertain who advances to the subsequent round.”

Game 4 is set to take place on Sunday at TD Garden.
