The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has unveiled an innovative biker service, enabling citizens to obtain identity cards and other official documents without leaving their homes. This initiative, operational from January 20, aims to reduce long queues and waiting times at NADRA offices.

Service Details:

  • Available Services: Residents of Karachi can apply for new identity cards, renew existing ones, and acquire B-forms, birth certificates, and death certificates through the NADRA biker service.
  • Service Charges: A nominal fee of Rs1,000 is applicable for this facility.
  • Service Availability: Initially, three riders will be assigned to Karachi, with one rider each available in Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas.

How to Avail the Service:

Citizens can contact the NADRA call center at 7000 or 111-786-100 to request the biker service. During the call, they will need to provide their address and details of the required service.

Expansion Plans:

While currently available in Karachi, Hyderabad, and Mirpurkhas, NADRA plans to expand this service to other cities in the near future, aiming to provide convenient and efficient services to a broader population.
