Nestle Pakistan Announces Key Leadership Appointments

Nestle Pakistan Limited declared the reappointment of Joselito Jr. Avancena as Chief Executive Officer on Wednesday.

The company communicated this information in a notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) earlier today.

Furthermore, Nestle Pakistan has appointed Syed Yawar Ali to the position of Chairman of the Board.

In February, Nestlé Pakistan disclosed its financial results for the entire year of 2024, reporting sales of Rs 193.2 billion, which represents a 3.7% decrease compared to the previous year’s figures.

Nestle Pakistan Limited, initially incorporated under the repealed Companies Ordinance 1984 (now the Companies Act 2017) in Pakistan, operates as a subsidiary of Nestlé S.A., a public limited company based in Switzerland.

The company’s core activities include the manufacturing, processing, and distribution of dairy products, nutritional items, beverages, and various food products, encompassing imported goods.
