Zahur Cotton Mills Limited revealed on Thursday the successful completion of its transformation into Itanz Technologies Limited (ITANZ).
The announcement was made public through a notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
According to the mills, this development is a consequence of the Merger Petition Order’s approval on March 17, 2025, which was issued by the Lahore High Court.
They further stated that the updated company designation and emblem have been officially registered and are now visible with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the PSX, and the Central Depository Company (CDC).
ITANZ also mentioned that the company has obtained the CDC Eligibility Certificate, enabling its shareholders to convert their physical shares into electronic form.
The company also noted that they are actively working to resolve concerns highlighted by the PSX in order to facilitate the company’s return to regular trading activities.
The company stated that critical prerequisites, such as CDC eligibility, definition of the core business activity, and the start of business operations, have already been satisfied.
