Acting on the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, SSP Operations Muhammad Shoaib Khan conducted an open court at his office to address public and departmental grievances.
During the session, citizens and police officials presented their concerns directly to SSP Operations, who attentively listened and marked applications for immediate action on merit. Relevant officers were instructed to process the cases promptly and report back within a specified timeframe.
He warned that strict action would be taken against any officials found involved in bribery or corruption, reiterating that a zero-tolerance policy remains in place across the force.
SSP Shoaib Khan emphasized Islamabad Police’s unwavering commitment to protecting the lives, property, and dignity of citizens. He added that such open courts would continue regularly to promote citizen-friendly policing, foster transparency, and ensure swift redressal of public concerns.
“These interactions help build trust, ensure self-accountability, and offer a platform for immediate problem-solving. The protection of life, property, and the self-respect of our citizens remains our foremost priority,” he stated.
