Hailee Steinfeld Returns to Music After Hiatus

Hailee Steinfeld is making a comeback to the music scene following a two-year break. The artist will be featured in the forthcoming action-thriller, ‘Sinners,’ and has contributed vocals to its soundtrack, titled ‘Dangerous.’ This marks her first musical release since 2023.

“I had taken a bit of a break from music, which was a very difficult decision to make,” Steinfeld stated in an interview with Collider, explaining that she chose to pause her music career to concentrate on acting.

Steinfeld conveyed that she “was content with that decision.” She further elaborated, “It goes without saying, but music is a love of mine and a huge passion and something that has played a very strong role in my life in more ways than one.”

The acclaimed pop artist also mentioned, “Having had the opportunity to create music throughout the years is something I deeply appreciate.”

Steinfeld’s musical revival coincides with her recent engagement to Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen in November 2024. The pair were first romantically linked in May 2023. Speculation arose after reports that Allen had ended his long-term relationship with Brittany Williams.
