The camp, taking place at the LCCA Ground and overseen by coaches from the National Cricket Academy (NCA), is structured into three distinct phases.

The initial phase involves 15 players, emphasizing the improvement of fielding abilities, batting techniques, and overall fitness levels.

The day’s activities began with intense fielding exercises, with Babar and Rizwan setting a strong example through their involvement. Hanif Malik, the batting coach, along with other NCA coaches, led technical batting sessions focused on refining player techniques and enhancing shot selection. Physical conditioning and strength training were also integral to the day’s agenda.

A PCB representative mentioned that the camp’s main goal is to elevate individual player skills and adequately prepare them for upcoming domestic and international competitions.

The players involved in the first phase are: Aamir Jamal, Abrar Ahmed, Ahmed Daniyal, Babar Azam, Hasan Nawaz, Maaz Sadaqat, Mohammad Abbas Afridi, Mohammad Haris, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Rizwan, Naseem Shah, Sahibzada Farhan, Saim Ayub, Salman Mirza and Sufyan Muqeem.

During the afternoon, the focus shifted towards specific bowling and fielding drills, providing a well-rounded training load for all participants.

The second and third camp phases are slated to commence on June 23 and June 30, respectively, with expectations of additional players joining.
