Gold Prices Rise in Pakistan

On Monday, gold prices in Pakistan saw an upswing, mirroring gains in the global market. The price of gold per tola in the local market climbed to Rs350,000, marking an increase of Rs7,800.

Correspondingly, the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs6,687, reaching Rs300,068, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

Previously, on Saturday, the gold price per tola had reached Rs342,200 after decreasing by Rs2,300.

The international gold rate also experienced an increase on Monday. According to APGJSA, the rate stood at $3,316 per ounce (with a premium of $20), reflecting a $76 increase during the day.
