Bangladesh Team Update
Bangladesh’s Shoriful Islam will miss the third T20I against Pakistan due to a groin injury sustained earlier in the series. Khaled Ahmed is expected to take his place in the playing XI. There is also possibility of Najmul Hossain Shanto being included in the Bangladesh lineup.
Series Status
Pakistan has already secured the T20I series with a 2-0 lead after comprehensive victories in the initial two matches.

In the first T20I held at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on May 28, Pakistan triumphed over Bangladesh by 37 runs. Bangladesh, in pursuit of a 202-run target, were bowled out for 164 in 19.2 overs.
Second T20I Recap
The second T20I mirrored Pakistan’s dominance. After posting 201/6 in 20 overs, Pakistan restricted Bangladesh to 144 in 19 overs.

Pakistan’s Victory in Second T20I
Pakistan sealed the series victory with a commanding 57-run win in the second T20I, taking a 2-0 lead.
After winning the toss and batting first, Pakistan achieved 201/6 in their 20 overs.
Key Performances
Despite an early loss, Mohammad Haris (41 off 25) and Sahibzada Farhan (74 off 41) formed a 103-run partnership. Farhan’s innings included four boundaries and six sixes.
Salman Ali Agha (19 off 12) and Hasan Nawaz sustained the momentum with a 45-run partnership. Hasan Nawaz remained unbeaten at 51 off 26 balls, hitting two fours and three sixes.
Bangladesh’s reply began strongly, reaching 38/0 in three overs, with Tanzid Hasan scoring 33 off 19 balls.
However, a collapse initiated by Haris Rauf and Faheem Ashraf led to them falling to 77/7 within 10 overs.
Tanzim Hasan Sakib scored a resilient 50 off 31 balls, including five sixes, but received limited support. Bangladesh was eventually bowled out for 144 in 19 overs.
Abrar Ahmed led Pakistan’s bowling attack with 3/19 in four overs.
Hasan Ali, Haris Rauf, Faheem Ashraf, Shadab Khan, Khushdil Shah, and Saim Ayub each secured a wicket, completing a strong team performance.
