Gold Prices Decline in Pakistan
On Saturday, gold prices in Pakistan experienced a downturn, mirroring the trends observed in the global market. The price of gold per tola in the local market settled at Rs356,400, reflecting a decrease of Rs300 throughout the day.
According to data released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10-gram gold decreased by Rs257, settling at Rs305,555.
The previous day, Friday, saw the per tola gold price reach Rs356,700 after a reduction of Rs2,300 during trading hours.
The international gold rate also saw a decrease on Saturday. As reported by APGJSA, the rate was $3,337 per ounce (including a premium of $20), marking a $3 decrease.
Concurrently, the price of silver per tola dropped by Rs60, ultimately reaching Rs3,963.
