Towns amassed 24 points, including 20 in the pivotal fourth quarter, and secured a game-high 15 rebounds, fueling the Knicks’ comeback. Jalen Brunson contributed 23 points but spent significant time on the bench after accumulating five fouls by the end of the third quarter.
The Pacers initiated the game with vigor, posting scores of 30-26 and 28-19 in the initial two quarters. However, the Knicks began to build momentum, narrowing the gap to 10 points as they entered the fourth quarter.
Towns ignited the fourth quarter with a successful three-pointer, which he followed with two layups, bringing the Knicks within three points at 82-79.

Subsequently, he executed a critical floater with 1:17 left on the clock, breaking a 98-98 tie. He then sealed the victory by converting two vital free throws with eight seconds remaining, securing the Knicks’ 106-100 win.
For the Pacers, Tyrese Haliburton scored 20 points, while Myles Turner added 19 points to the scoreboard.
The Knicks are scheduled to play the Pacers in Game four on Tuesday in Indianapolis.
