Atlas Honda Introduces New CG150 Motorcycle in Pakistan

Atlas Honda, Pakistan’s premier motorcycle manufacturer, has broadened its lineup of mid-size bikes with the launch of the latest 150cc motorcycle.

The Honda CG150, priced at Rs459,900, is designed for consumers who value strong performance, dependable reliability, and good fuel economy.

Details available on Atlas Honda’s official website reveal that the new model incorporates a 4-stroke, 150cc SOHC (single overhead camshaft) air-cooled engine, featuring bore and stroke dimensions of 57.3 x 57.8mm.

Regarding power, the motorcycle generates a maximum power output of 8.75kW (11.9 PS) at 7,500 rpm (revolutions per minute) and a peak torque of 12.5 Nm at 6,000 rpm.

The bike features a 5-speed constant mesh transmission and offers both self and kick-start functionalities. It possesses a compression ratio of 9.1:1 and an engine displacement of 149.2cc, ensuring a seamless power delivery.

In terms of comfort and handling, this new Honda motorcycle is equipped with a telescopic front suspension (119mm fork travel) and twin rear shock absorbers (91mm travel). The seat height is measured at 773mm, with a ground clearance of 171mm, making it well-suited for both urban commutes and moderately rough terrain.

The Honda CG150 utilizes a combination of 2.75-18 front and 90/90-18/C rear tires, providing substantial grip on the road. The fuel tank has a capacity of 11.4 liters, which includes a 2.1-liter reserve, and the wheelbase measures 1,316mm, enhancing stability at increased speeds.

The final drive utilizes a chain, a typical component in motorcycles of this type.

The CG150’s dimensions are as follows: 2,066mm in length, 773mm in width, and 1,069mm in height.

Atlas Honda controls more than half of Pakistan’s motorcycle market, and with the introduction of the CG150 into the highly competitive 150cc category, the company aims to attract commuters seeking a dependable and fuel-efficient mode of transportation.

For the three-month period that concluded on June 30, 2025, Atlas Honda announced net sales of Rs62.3 billion, reflecting a 31% increase compared to the same timeframe last year. Gross profit was reported at Rs7.8 billion, up from Rs4.6 billion during the equivalent period.
