Sitara Chemical Industries Appoints New Chairman and CEO

Sitara Chemical Industries Limited declared the selection of Ahmad Hassan as its new chairman on Tuesday.

The company communicated this decision in a notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) earlier today.

Ahmad Hassan’s term will span three years, commencing on August 18, 2025.

The notification further stated that Muhammad Adrees has been designated as the Chief Executive Officer, also for a three-year tenure starting August 18, 2025.

Sitara Chemical Industries Limited was officially established in Pakistan on September 8, 1981.

The company’s core operations encompass the operation of a Chlor Alkali plant, an Oleo chemical plant, and a yarn spinning unit.
