Former Prime Minister and PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif has reaffirmed his determination to put Pakistan back on the path of progress. Speaking at a key meeting in Lahore, he stated, “May Allah grant us the opportunity to take off once again.”

This statement was made during a meeting with Punjab Assembly members from the Lahore Division, where Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz was also present. The gathering focused on political and economic issues, as well as ongoing developmental projects.

Shehbaz Sharif’s Efforts and Public Relief

Nawaz Sharif praised the hard work of Shehbaz Sharif, saying that for the first time in years, the people of Punjab are experiencing a sense of happiness and relief. He added that PML-N has always been a symbol of progress, and if their governance had not been derailed in the past, Pakistan would have been much further ahead in its development journey.

Discussing economic improvements, he highlighted, “The policy rate dropping from 22% to 12% is a clear sign of economic stability, and the reduction in inflation has provided some relief to the people.”

Maryam Nawaz Praises Nawaz Sharif’s Leadership

Addressing the gathering, Maryam Nawaz expressed her unwavering confidence in Nawaz Sharif’s leadership, stating, “Nawaz Sharif is synonymous with Pakistan’s progress, and we are all his soldiers.” She emphasized that whenever PML-N is in power, the country experiences economic growth and stability.

Punjab Lawmakers Express Confidence in PML-N Leadership

Members of the Punjab Assembly also voiced their strong support for Nawaz Sharif and PML-N, stating that whenever Nawaz Sharif is in power, Pakistan witnesses prosperity and development. They also praised Maryam Nawaz for her governance reforms, saying, “Your and Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership has ushered in a new era of progress.
