Gold Prices Rise in Pakistan

Reflecting gains in the global market, gold prices in Pakistan experienced an increase. On Friday, the price of gold per tola in the local market reached Rs336,100, marking a rise of Rs900 during the day’s trading.

Details of Price Increase

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10-gram gold reached Rs288,151, after an increase of Rs772.

On the preceding day, Thursday, the per tola gold price had reached Rs335,200, following a reduction of Rs6,700.

Global Gold Market

The international gold rate also saw an increase on Friday, reaching $3,177 per ounce (with a $20 premium), which is $9 higher, according to APGJSA.

Silver Prices Remain Stable

Conversely, the price of silver per tola remained steady at Rs3,377.
