Sindh Government to Bolster Infrastructure in Korangi Industrial Area

Sindh Minister for Industries and Commerce, Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, has stated the Sindh government’s dedication to enhancing infrastructure within the Korangi Industrial Area. Improvements will include roads, street lighting, the drainage system, and the security infrastructure, all aimed at attracting international buyers.

Dharejo made these remarks as the guest of honor at a luncheon held at the Pakistan Tanners Association South Zone office. He emphasized the creation of a business-friendly industrial policy, assuring that the challenges encountered by the leather sector would receive immediate attention and resolution.

Chairman of the PTA, Danish Aman, provided a detailed briefing to Minister Dharejo regarding the specific issues currently impacting the leather sector.

Key figures present at the meeting included Secretary of Industries and Commerce Muhammad Yasin Shar Baloch, Chairman PTA (S.Z.) Danish Aman, Vice Chairman Yousuf Shafiq, Chairman PTA-Central Hamid Zahur, Senior Member Ejaz Ahmed Sheikh, and Ex-Chairman Infrastructure Aziz Ahmed, among other dignitaries.
