Quetta Gladiators Clinch Decisive Victory Against Peshawar Zalmi in PSL 10
LAHORE: In the 17th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10, the Quetta Gladiators, champions of 2019, achieved a resounding 64-run triumph over their rivals, Peshawar Zalmi, at the Gaddafi Stadium on Sunday.
After being put in to bat, the Gladiators managed a total of 178/7 in their 20 overs, thanks to a collaborative batting performance.

- Mark Chapman was the high scorer with 33 runs from 26 balls, including three boundaries.
- Captain Saud Shakeel and Kusal Mendis each contributed 32 runs.
- Opener Finn Allen added a rapid 31 runs off just 16 balls.

- Babar Azam (12), Mohammad Haris (17), and Mitchell Owen (15) were the only other batsmen to reach double figures.
Impact on PSL 10 Standings
This victory moved Quetta Gladiators past Zalmi and Karachi Kings into third place in the PSL 10 standings with six points from five games.
They trail Lahore Qalandars, who also have six points but have played one more match and possess a superior net run rate. Islamabad United remains at the top with 10 points from five matches, while Multan Sultans are at the bottom with two points from six matches.
