Klopp Reportedly Committed to Red Bull Role Until 2026

Jurgen Klopp, the former Liverpool manager currently working with Red Bull as the head of global soccer, is reportedly unlikely to take on any managerial role in football before the summer of 2026, according to international media sources on Wednesday.

A prominent British publication has stated that Klopp’s commitment “currently extends no further than Red Bull,” effectively diminishing Real Madrid’s hopes of securing him as their new coach.

Real Madrid’s Managerial Uncertainty

Speculation about Carlo Ancelotti’s future with Real Madrid arose following their Champions League elimination. Xabi Alonso, the Bayer Leverkusen coach, and the former Liverpool manager were mentioned as potential replacements for Ancelotti.

Reports indicated that the Copa del Rey final was crucial for Ancelotti’s prospects, suggesting that a loss could lead to his dismissal, while a victory might prolong his tenure. However, considering Real Madrid’s recent performance, overcoming the La Liga leaders, to whom they lost a cup final earlier this season, presents a significant challenge.

Klopp’s Alleged Unhappiness Denied

Previously, there were claims that the 57-year-old German manager was dissatisfied with his position at Red Bull, but his representative dismissed these rumors, asserting that Klopp is content in his new role.

After managing for 23 years, Klopp departed from Liverpool last season, having secured six major titles, including the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, two League Cups, the FIFA Club World Cup, and the UEFA Super Cup during his time there since 2015.
