Rawalpindi: Noreen, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, sustained injuries after falling into an excavation at an under-construction sewerage site near Dahgal Naka in Rawalpindi on Tuesday. She reportedly slipped while attempting to cross the site and fell into the open drain, suffering injuries to her hands, feet, and nose. Bystanders and rescue workers assisted in pulling her out and moving her to safety. A woman who was accompanying Noreen also fell and sustained injuries.
