Jubilee Spinning & Weaving Mills Pursues Name Change
Jubilee Spinning & Weaving Mills Limited informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Monday about its ongoing efforts to secure a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) to facilitate a company name alteration.
The company stated that acquiring the NOC is the final prerequisite for the approval of Form-26, which pertains to the proposed name change.
The announcement specified, “Upon receiving the NOC from NBP, we will promptly submit it to the SECP and subsequently request a Certified True Copy of the Memorandum of Association from the SECP.”
The company further added, a progress report will be submitted within 15 days after the conclusion of each quarter, adhering to the exchange’s listing regulations.
Jubilee Spinning & Weaving Mills Limited was established in Pakistan as a public limited company on December 12, 1973, under the Companies Act, 1913 (currently the Companies Act, 2017).
The company’s primary business involves manufacturing and selling yarn, along with trading activities related to yarn and raw cotton.
