Gold Prices Rise in Pakistan

On Monday, gold rates in Pakistan experienced an upswing, mirroring the positive trend observed in the global market. The price of gold per tola in the local market increased by Rs800 during the day, reaching Rs350,200.

According to data released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10-gram gold rose by Rs686 to close at Rs300,240.

Previously, on Saturday, the per tola price of gold had decreased by Rs1,600, settling at Rs349,400.

The international gold rate also saw an increase today, with the rate reaching $3,282 per ounce (including a $20 premium), reflecting a gain of $8, according to APGJSA.

Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola remained steady at Rs3,782.
