Noor, Nasir Set to Compete in Asian Squash Championships

The Pakistani Squash Federation has confirmed that Noor Zaman and Nasir Iqbal will represent the nation at the upcoming Asian Squash Championships and Asian Doubles Squash Championship in Kuching, Malaysia, this month.

Individual Championships

Both athletes will begin by participating in the individual competition, scheduled from June 17 to 21 in Kuching.

First Round Byes

Nasir Iqbal and Noor Zaman have both received byes for the initial round of the individual event.

Asian Doubles Championships

Following the individual tournament, the pair will team up to represent Pakistan in the Asian Doubles Championships, which will take place from June 23 to 26.

Group B Placement

The Pakistani team has been placed in Group B for the doubles championship, where they will compete against teams from the Philippines, Singapore, and South Korea. The top two teams from each group will proceed to the knockout quarterfinals.

Team Management

Fahim Gul will accompany the players as their coach, while Amir Nawaz will serve as the manager of the contingent.
