Gold Prices Decline in Pakistan
On Tuesday, gold rates in Pakistan experienced a downturn, mirroring trends observed in the worldwide market. The price of gold per tola in the local market settled at Rs352,300, representing a decrease of Rs6,100 throughout the day’s trading.
In a similar vein, the price of 10-gram gold reached Rs302,040, after a reduction of Rs5,230.
Previously, on June 5, the per tola gold price had climbed to Rs358,400 following a daily increase of Rs4,300.
The gold market had been closed from June 6 to June 9 on account of the Eid-ul-Adha holidays.
Globally, the price of gold also saw a decrease on Tuesday, reaching $3,339 per ounce (including a premium of $20), which is $61 less than the previous rate.
Conversely, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at Rs3,745.
